Important Note

INCLUDES: Reflex testing is performed using multiplex flow immunoassay. If ANA Screen is positive, additional tests will be reflexed following the ANA Cascade algorithm located under Policies.  Eleven different antigens associated with systemic autoimmune diseases (dsDNA, Sm (Smith), Sm/RNP, RNP, Chromatin, SSA, SSB, Jo-1, Scl70, Ribosomal P, Centromere B) are included in this cascade and reported if indicated.
