The following test has special processing requirements and cannot be collected or dropped at all of our ProMedica Laboratory Draw Sites. Please call Lab Customer Service at 419-291-4134 for which draw site is able to accommodate these special requirements. . The Epic procedure code above will expand into individual future orders in Order Review. Release each order as drawn and unique Sunquest Accession Numbers will be generated. TEST INCLUDES: Fasting and 2 hour post prandial glucose
